On the 30th day of Shvat (ì' ùÑÀáÈè) which falls this year on February 24th, we celebrate the Family Day (éåÉí äÇîÌÄùÑÀôÌÈçÈä, yom hamishpaxa). Once it was called Mother's day (éåÉí äÈàÅí, yom ha'em) and emphasized the traditional roles of a mother such as caring for the children and the house.
